Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both unused and lightly used perfumes because we understand that choosing the perfect fragrance is personal. To process your return smoothly, please keep your receipt or proof of purchase available.

How to Request a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale or Clearance Items

Exchanges

If you would like to try a different fragrance, you can return your original order and place a new one after the return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
